We would like to thank all the villagers and others who subscribed in 2009. The Association is affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society, the National Chrysanthemum Society, the National Dahlia Society and the National Vegetable Society. Subscribers may use the concessions offered by these.

A copy of the Rules of the Association is available on request from the Hon Secretary.

Annual General Meeting

This will be held in the West End Village Hall on Monday 8th November 2010 at 8.00pm, where the accounts are presented.

Donations

Surplus funds from the show are donated to local organisations, to charities or to projects benefitting the village of West End. From 2009 profits, we made donations towards improvements to the Arrow and Trefoil Hall, West End, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, Village News, St John’s Ambulance, Woking Hospice and Oxfam.
